Happy Valentine’s Day!! We are celebrating with a 15 hour travel day from Hong Kong to Nepal to begin our Everest Base Camp trek! How are you and your loved ones celebrating? However you are, I wish you all extra hugs, smiles, and I love you’s today!
This week was all about indulging. Whether it be in the form of food (think melt-in-your mouth cupcakes, homemade soda and beer, sweet cinnamon breakfast treats, and last-minute picnics for the car ride home) or luxuries (booking our two-week family trip to Ireland consisting of golf, horseback riding, kayaking, hostels, and castles or the fabulously blue Kate Spade wallet with polka dot interior from Justin) it was completely worth every pound and penny.
