In this past post, I basically bragged about how my chocolate chip cookies have become necessities at get-togethers with friends. However, those cookies hold nothing to this infamous Oreo Cookie Dessert. Requiring no baking and only one bowl, this simple recipe has been consumed at every single holiday, weekends at the lake house, an engagement party, and birthdays. Although the recipe calls for a 9 x 13 pan, filling individual clear plastic cups (like these) allows for easy to serve portions for parties and eliminates the need for plates! My friends and family are surely going to be thrilled to finally have this delicious recipe to make on their own! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 package Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 12 oz cool whip
1 3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding
1 3.4 oz box chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with softened butter. Press cookie/butter mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

2. Using a hand mixer, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and half of the cool whip. Spread over the cookie mixture in the pan.
3. Mix together vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, and milk; pour on top of cream cheese layer.
4. Top with the remaining cool whip and a few crushed Oreo cookies. Chill for 1 hour.

Were there little cups of those at Matt & Cece’s engagement party? I ate about 15…
